Delivery & Refund Policy

After an order is placed, please allow 1-4 days for your order to ship.

All our products are handmade, from production to packaging and shipping.

Shipping

Shipping within South Africa

Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the description of the product. We primarily ship through Fastway Courier. After leaving our facility, Fastway Courier typically delivers within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, an email with the tracking details will be sent to you so you can track the movement of your order.

International Shipping –

We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.

Refunds + Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are unhappy with your order so that we can assist you.

Refunds –

Cash refunds will only be issued to orders cancelled within 48 hours after payment and a 5% charge will apply. After 48 hours, refunds will ONLY be processed as a store credit.

Returns / Exchanges –

  • Due to the organic nature of our products, we will only accept returns for incorrect products received and no other reason. You will need to notify us within 7 days after delivery. We will organize for the incorrect item/s to be collected from you at no extra cost to you and we will then redispatch the correct item/s to you.
  • If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, you will need to send a photograph of the damage to us within 7 days after delivery. You may send it via email to orders@ngunibotanicals.co.za or via WhatsApp to 0815542574.

  • If courier is unable to reach you after several attempts, they will return the package back to us. We can arrange for redelivery, however, you will cover the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds for returned packages.

Payment

We offer secure online ordering and payment may be made with your VISA or Mastercard using the secure YOCO payment portal or by bank transfer into our bank account, the details of which are provided during checkout.
